Acceptance

By using Alarmify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of Alarmify

Alarmify is provided as an alarm, timer, stopwatch, sleep streak, widget, and backup utility. You are responsible for setting alarms correctly, keeping your device charged, keeping notification and alarm permissions enabled, and ensuring your device settings do not prevent alarms from working.

Due to Android system limitations, manufacturer-specific background battery optimization policies (such as Android Doze, App Standby, or device-specific power saving features) may kill background alarm services or delay exact alarms. You are responsible for configuring your system settings to exclude Alarmify from background power limits to ensure reliable alarm delivery.

Google Drive backup

Google Drive backup is optional. If you connect a Google account, Alarmify may store backup data in your Google Drive account so you can restore app data later. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account used for backup.

No guaranteed wake-up or reminder outcome

Alarmify is designed to be reliable, but no alarm app can guarantee that an alarm will always ring in every situation. Device settings, battery restrictions, system updates, permissions, volume, do-not-disturb settings, storage issues, or hardware problems may affect alarms, timers, notifications, and widgets.

Wake-up Challenges: Optional wake-up challenges (such as typing tests, math puzzles, or sliding puzzles) are provided to assist in waking up. The app includes a "Choose Another" option to allow you to switch the challenge type or lower the difficulty if you get stuck. However, you configure and use these challenges at your own risk. In the event of software unresponsiveness, system hangs, or device freezes during an active alarm, the challenge screen may become inaccessible. The developer is not liable for any disruption, lateness, missed appointments, or lockouts resulting from challenge difficulty or device performance.

User content

If you choose custom sounds, images, or videos, you are responsible for having the right to use that content. Alarmify uses selected content only for app functionality such as alarm sounds, timer sounds, and backgrounds.

Changes to the app

Alarmify may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. Features may change as the app improves.

Disclaimer

Alarmify is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not responsible for missed alarms, lost data, device issues, or other damages related to use of the app.
